About
The rate on the board is where the work starts.
LoadYield is a load-analysis tool for owner-operators and truck dispatchers: it pulls postings from Truckstop, DAT One and EchoDrive into one list, subtracts fuel, tolls, deadhead and the run to the next load, and ranks every load by what it actually pays.
Why we built it
A dispatcher looking for the next load has three boards open, the same lane in each, and a few minutes before the good loads are gone. The posted rate is easy to compare. What the load actually leaves is not: the diesel along the way, the tolls a tractor-trailer pays, the empty miles to the pickup, the night the driving rules add, and whether the drop is a place the next load comes from. Most of that math gets skipped, and the margin goes with it. LoadYield does that math on every load, in the time it takes to run a search.
How it works
- One search, every board. The browser extension collects the matching listings from Truckstop, DAT One and EchoDrive, on the boards you are already signed in to, into one list.
- Each load priced as a run. A truck route, diesel priced state by state at this week’s prices, tolls at the 5-axle rate, the empty miles from your truck, the overnight stops the hours-of-service rules require, and the empty run out of a slow market.
- Ranked, with reasons. Every load gets a score that lists what it lost points for, a Hot, Review or Avoid verdict in plain English, and a rate to ask the broker for. Hot is a set of rules a load has to clear, not a hunch.
What we hold ourselves to
- Show the work. Every figure on a load can be traced to the cost behind it, and both prices, the posted rate and the target, are always labelled.
- The call stays yours. LoadYield ranks and explains. It never books a load or speaks to a broker for you.
- Your data is yours. We never see your board passwords, your searches are visible to you only, and we do not sell data. The privacy policy lists exactly what the extension reads.
- No made-up numbers. We don’t publish savings claims or testimonials we can’t back up. Try it on the sample dashboard and judge for yourself.
