Terms of service
These terms cover your use of LoadYield: the dashboard at loadyield.com (also served at routzio.com) and the LoadYield Chrome extension. By creating an account or using LoadYield, you agree to them. “We” and “us” means LoadYield; “you” means the person using it, and the business you use it for.
What LoadYield does
LoadYield collects load postings from the load boards you are signed in to, estimates what each load costs to run and what it leaves you, and ranks the loads with the help of AI. It does not book loads, contact brokers, or act for you on any load board. Every booking decision, and every call to a broker, is yours.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and use LoadYield for your work in freight: as a dispatcher, carrier or owner-operator.
- Give us accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
- An account is for one person. Each dispatcher on your team needs their own login.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your load board accounts
You sign in to each load board yourself, under your own subscription. The extension reads the listings those boards already show you, when you start a search, and never your board passwords. Each board has its own terms, and they differ by board and by subscription. You are responsible for making sure your use of LoadYield with a board is allowed under your agreement with that board. If you are unsure, check your subscriber agreement or ask your board.
Estimates, not guarantees
Routes, miles, drive time, fuel, tolls, hours-of-service plans, deadhead, reload markets, target rates, net profit and the AI’s rankings and reasons are estimates. They are built from the postings, public data and assumptions you can change, and they can be wrong: a posting can be out of date, a price can move, a road can close, and the AI can misread a load. Check the load with the broker before you book it. LoadYield is not financial, legal, tax or safety advice, and it does not replace your own judgment or your compliance with the hours-of-service rules and other regulations that apply to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, republish or share LoadYield’s analysis, or the load data it collects, outside your own dispatch work;
- share your login, or use LoadYield to get around a load board’s or LoadYield’s own limits;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or overload LoadYield, its API or the extension;
- use LoadYield for anything unlawful, or to send messages people did not ask for.
Plans, limits and payment
- Everyone starts on the Free plan. It costs nothing and does not expire.
- Each plan has a number of searches per day and loads analyzed per month, shown on our pricing. Analysis is counted in blocks of up to 60 loads. Unused loads do not carry over to the next month; extra loads you buy separately do not expire.
- Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown when you upgrade. We confirm the price and how you will be billed before your plan changes.
- You can move to another plan or cancel a paid plan at any time. A cancelled plan returns to Free at the end of the month you paid for. Except where the law says otherwise, payments are not refunded.
- We may change prices or limits. A price change applies from your next billing month, and we tell you before it does.
Your data
Your searches, the loads they found, the costs you enter and the analysis of them are yours. You let us store and process them to run LoadYield for you, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your data. You can ask us for a copy or to delete your account at any time.
Other services
LoadYield works alongside services we do not control: the load boards themselves, Telegram if you connect it, and the providers that supply maps, fuel prices and AI. We are not responsible for those services, their availability or their content, including the postings brokers place on the boards.
Changes to LoadYield
We improve LoadYield all the time, so features change. A load board can also change its site in a way that stops the extension from reading it until we update it. We do our best to keep LoadYield running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using LoadYield and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts LoadYield, its users or a load board at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
LoadYield is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that it fits a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit from a load you booked or did not book. Our total liability for any claim about LoadYield is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that is more.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the dashboard before they take effect. If you keep using LoadYield after that, the new terms apply.
